Hi, I'm Jen
I’m a therapist, Accredited Social Worker, and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, passionate about supporting young people, families, and the professionals who care for them.
My work brings together individual therapy, group programs, and professional development, all grounded in a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach. I support people to build emotional regulation skills, confidence, and wellbeing through compassionate, practical, and collaborative support.

My Approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and tailored to the individual. Building a trusting relationship is central to my work, and I take time to understand each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals.
Therapy is a partnership. You are the expert in your own life, and together we work to explore challenges, develop skills, and find strategies that feel achievable and supportive.
